Job description
KALB-TV/Gray Media in Alexandria, LA is seeking a senior sales leader to head broadcast and digital revenue for four stations. You will coach multiple market teams, craft compelling client presentations, and drive new business with a digital-first mindset.
The role requires 3+ years in local media sales with digital know-how and a track record of inspiring teams. Must be energetic, hands-on, and able to travel to support multi-market staff.
