Job description
Virgin Hotels Collection is seeking a Head of Revenue and eCommerce to develop and execute hotel revenue strategies, including pricing, distribution, and market share. This role oversees all revenue systems and programs to achieve goals while aligning with brand standards and values.
You will lead data-driven initiatives, manage relationships with OTAs and wholesalers, coordinate strategy meetings, and mentor commercial leaders to maximize RevPAR and TrevPAR across the portfolio.
