Job description
Runpod, a remote-first AI developer cloud, is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead systems, data infrastructure, forecasting, and operational workflows powering our revenue org as we scale from $120M ARR.
You will own CRM, data governance, CPQ, and GTM tooling; design compensation plans, quota models, and territory strategy; oversee Deal Desk and Enablement; and partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales to drive efficiency and accuracy.
