Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location—the team, the floor, the numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience. You'll lead visibly, hold your team accountable to performance targets, and keep the standard high even when things get complicated.
