Job description
Nulixir Inc. is seeking an Executive Operations Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Sales at our Austin HQ.
You will own calendars, communications, and the revenue operating rhythm, enabling the Sales team to move fast and stay organized in a hyper-growth environment. You’ll drive key commercial processes, coordinate cross-functional workflows with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Quality, and prepare dashboards and summaries for leadership.
