Job description
ID.me is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations in Mountain View, CA, reporting to the CFO. You will own the systems, analytics, and incentive structures tying revenue to go-to-market, building a scalable, consumption-based operating model and a robust deal desk workflow.
You'll design compensation plans, partner with Finance, Legal, and People, and drive governance and performance reporting with senior leadership. This is a high-visibility, strategic role shaping revenue strategy.
