Job description
Empirical Security is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to own the go-to-market tech stack and the forecasting engine for a fast-growing enterprise sales team. You will own systems, numbers, and processes to maximize time with customers and minimize time spent on spreadsheets.
The role reports to the CRO and partners with finance, marketing, and product to build a scalable RevOps function. You will design territories, quotas, and comp plans while maturing a small team over time.
