Job description
Healthcare Finance Direct, LLC is seeking an EPIC Director of Revenue Operations to align marketing and sales, own the sales math, and lead the RevOps team across SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise. This hybrid remote role in the Southlake/Dallas, TX area emphasizes analytics, reporting, and HubSpot mastery.
You will co-own territory design with the Head of Customer Success, build scalable reporting cadences, and drive SLA improvements while ensuring cross-team accountability.
