Job description
Brex is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own the operating model for AE, SDR, and Partnerships. You will report to the Head of Revenue Operations, set the coverage model, incentives, and cadence, and lead a team of RevOps managers and ICs.
Based in San Francisco in a hybrid role, you will collaborate with enablement, finance, systems, marketing, and ops to drive forecasting, quota setting, and efficiency improvements using data and AI tools.
