Job description
Qualitate is seeking a RevOps leader to own our HubSpot CRM and the data, processes, and reporting that power the revenue organization. You will scale the CRM architecture, governance, and administration as the sales team grows from 5 reps to 30+ in 18 months.
You will partner with Sales and Leadership to build robust forecasting, pipeline visibility, and data hygiene, driving measurable, forecastable growth. This hands-on role requires deep CRM expertise and strong cross‑team collaboration.
