Job description
Brex is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations based in San Francisco to own and optimize the operating model for AE, SDR, and Partnerships motions. You will lead a high-impact RevOps team, setting coverage, incentives, and cadence to drive revenue growth in a hybrid work environment.
You will report to the Head of Revenue Operations and partner across enablement, data, finance, systems, marketing, and operations to scale performance while coaching your team to excel.
