Job description
Red Cell Partners in Washington, DC is hiring its first Revenue Operations leader to build the operating system for pursuing and winning federal work. You’ll own pipeline, forecasting, cadence, data hygiene, and enablement across Growth and Strategy teams, with Pryzm live but you making it genuinely useful through clean data and trusted analytics.
You will report directly to the CRO and shape governance while driving data-driven processes as the firm scales in the federal market.
