Job Details
Base pay range: $55.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Pay rate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr
Responsibilities
Designing and planning the Radio Frequency Network for the Client's LTE and 5G networks, including RF analysis, search area issuance, candidate assessment, and approvals.
Redesigning mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR, collaborating with other network areas to ensure performance fixes and initiatives are in place.
Using internal tools (FUZE, ATOLL) to process regulatory compliance.
Performing Macro/Small Cell design and In-Build design, including antenna selection and placement, leveraging knowledge of 5G, LTE, and microwave to contribute to network design.
Working on new cell sites to ensure proper integration into the network and optimization for peak performance.
Education/Experience
RF certifications and/or degrees are a plus
Years of Experience: 3-5 years
Must have skills
Minimum of 2-3 years experience working on Client's projects
Atoll Experience
Fuze Experience (RF Design, CIQ, etc.)
Ability to work independently with little guidance on multiple projects requiring best network design decisions
Desired skills
Solid knowledge of RF, antenna, and frequency license theory as well as LTE/VoLTE/5G/VoNR technology
Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package selected. Full-time employees may be eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits, and life and disability insurance.
