Job description
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Member of Technical Staff in RF Design Engineering to advance RF front-end blocks for 5G FR1/FR3 and Wi‑Fi using RFSOI technologies. You will design, simulate, and verify RF switches, tuners and LNAs, and contribute to digital/analog control circuits for robust, manufacturable solutions.
