**THIS ROLE CAN ALSO BE LOCATED IN THE BOSTON, MA AREA**
Our client is designing cutting edge GaAs, SiGe BiCMOS, and SOI RF/mmWave ICs for various Commercial Wireless and Defense applications.
Qualified candidates must have 5-10+ years of GaAs or Si RFIC design experience
Must have US permanent residency or citizenship.
