Job description
Qorvo is seeking a Switch/LNA/RF IC Design Engineer in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on GaAs/SOI/SiGe/CMOS based switches and RFICs for Front End Modules, with extensive HFSS, Cadence, and ADS usage and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include concept, design, layout, and production transfer, laminate design for switch characterization, and production readiness guidance to ensure cost-effective module applications.
