Build a new Rheumatology service line -- solo position with strong primary care referral base
100% outpatient practice; physician should be busy from day one
Standard schedule is a 36/4 split with option for a 4-day clinical week
6 weeks PTO and excellent work-life balance
1099 independent contractor position with standard 1-, 2-, or 3-year contracts
Financially stable California district hospital ranked Top 5 in the state
Coastal Southern California location with strong community, good schools, and residential options
Board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologists welcome, including new fellows
