\ NThe Company:
\ N Our client is a growing, physician-aligned healthcare organization expanding its specialty services across Central Florida. They are currently in the process of acquiring an established rheumatology practice, while also building out rheumatology as a service line. This creates a unique opportunity to step into an existing patient base or help grow a program from the ground up.
\ NThe Position:
\ N The Rheumatologist will diagnose and treat rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, and a full spectrum of autoimmune conditions. This is primarily an outpatient position with the option to incorporate inpatient work if desired. The provider will have access to an on-site infusion center and a full support team.
\ NCompensation & Benefits:
\ N $275,000 – $300,000 Base Salary
\ N 35% of Collections Above $200,000 per Quarter
\ N Relocation Assistance Available

20 Days PTO + 6 Paid Holidays
\ N Malpractice Covered (Including Tail)
\ NRequirements:
\ N Board Eligible / Board Certified in Rheumatology
\ N Fellowship Trained
Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
\ N Open to New Graduates
Responsibilities:
\ N Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
\ N 16 Patients Per Day
Outpatient Setting (Inpatient Optional)
\ N Full Scope Rheumatology Cases
\ N Access to On-Site Infusion Center
\ N Procedures (Joint Injections, etc.) Based on Preference
\ N No Call
No Nights
\ N No Weekends
