Rheumatology NP/PA Opening Jefferson City, MOFull Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantPosition Highlights:- Full-time Rheumatology opportunity- Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM- Friday, 8:00 AM-Noon- No weekends- Join an established independent multispecialty physician group- Collaborative, patient-centered practice environment- Work alongside Rheumatology providers in the evaluation and management of patients with rheumatic and autoimmune conditions- Excellent work-life balanceQualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program- Active Missouri APRN or Physician Assistant license- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered careCompensation & Benefits:- Base salary of $125,000+- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance- Supplemental insurance options- Employer-paid short- and long-term disability- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match and profit sharing- 160 hours of PTO annually- 56 hours of paid holiday leave- Dedicated CME hours- Annual CME reimbursement
