This opportunity offers the support of a mission-driven, non-profit critical access hospital focused on physician autonomy, patient-centered care, and strong work-life balance.Position HighlightsEstablished Referral Base: Step into a busy, well-supported multi-specialty environment with strong primary care referrals.Flexible Outpatient Schedule: Options include 4/10s or 5/8s with no hospital call.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Earnings: $335,000 guaranteed base for the first two years, plus productivity incentives.Generous Bonuses & Benefits: $40,000 commencement/relocation bonus, 160 hours of PTO annually, quality bonuses, and comprehensive healthcare coverage.Professional Development: $5,000 CME allowance, 40 hours of CME time, and reimbursement for licenses, certifications, and professional fees.Practice EnvironmentCollaborative Care: Work closely with internal medicine, orthopedics, pain management, and other specialties.Outpatient Only: No call; strong clinical and administrative support.Modern Infrastructure: On-site infusion services, advanced imaging, and an efficient EMR system.Growth Support: In-house marketing resources to help build your patient panel quickly.Location - Blackfoot, IdahoBlackfoot offers small-town charm with access to world-class outdoor recreation.
