Pay & BenefitsHourly Rate: $1.00 (Please note: pay details available upon application)
Additional Compensation & Bonuses: Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week, with productivity bonuses up to $500,000/year
$50,000 signing bonus
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
Loan repayment options (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipends)
$5,000 annual CME & certification support
248 hours paid time off (vacation, holidays, CME)

What You ll DoProvide outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park
Customize your schedule: full-time, part-time, or week-on/week-off
Manage your own patient mix and age groups
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
Participate in weekly CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs
Utilize Cerner EMR for inpatient and outpatient documentation
Engage in optional teaching opportunities for students and trainees
Leverage Mayo Clinic resources: eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert
Work with a supportive team, including hospitalist support for inpatient needs
What You NeedValid Ohio medical license
Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology
Proven experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred
Strong communication and collaborative skills
