Job description
Greenstaff Medical is looking for 1-3x American Board Certified (or soon will be) Rheumatologists to join a Private Practice in a suburban town of New Jersey that is in high-demand and close proximity to everything.
Practice Overview:
2 MDs + 3 NPs (historically 7 8 providers)
2,500 new patients/year
Established, high-volume group with infusion services
Compensation:
$300K base + productivity model ( $380K threshold)
Revenue share ( 50%) on collections above threshold
Performance-based bonuses + annual evaluations
Partnership track + additional infusion revenue upside
