Hannum Wagle & Cline Engineering, Inc. seeks a qualified Right of Way Engineer in Indianapolis to support our Survey team.
You will prepare right-of-way plans, parcels, and legal descriptions for transportation projects, and be involved in property research and client coordination. The role requires a Bachelor’s in civil engineering or surveying, 5+ years in ROW/land surveying, and strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills.
