Job description
One Medical in Boston is seeking current Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residents completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our primary care team. You will care for patients in a tech-enabled, supportive environment with weekly Clinical Rounds and mentoring.
You’ll be based in a Boston office with a structured onboarding and a base salary range of $252,000 to $283,500 per year, plus potential additional pay for exceptional qualifications. Comprehensive benefits are offered.
