Job description
Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to supervise customer service associates, front-end and pharmacy activities, and help drive store performance. You will recruit, train, coach, and discipline team members and partner with the Store Manager to meet company goals while maintaining store standards and compliance.
This role requires strong leadership, data-informed decision making, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail pharmacy environment.
