Job description
Costellos Ace is looking for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in Stevensville, MD. This role is designed to prepare individuals to manage store operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The SMIT will gain hands-on experience in leading a team and developing necessary leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience and strong leadership skills. A high school diploma is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually plus commission.
