Job description
Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an entry-level associate/law graduate (class of 2027) to join the Business Law Department, Fund Formation & Investment Management (FFIM) Practice Group in our Boston or New York offices in the fall of 2027. Foley's FFIM Practice Group is integrated nationally and represents both fund sponsors and institutional investors.
The group offers services to GPs and LPs; we understand the private funds industry dynamics and trends.
