Risk Claims CoordinatorKeller Management Services, LLC is the parent company of several leading specialty geotechnical construction companies across North America. The North American Division is part of Keller Group plc, which is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange and is the largest international ground engineering firm.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Claims Coordinator to join our legal team at our corporate office in Hanover, MD. This role is an excellent opportunity for an organized and driven professional to support risk management and claims functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.In this role you will be responsible for handling insurable claims and litigation, insurance billing, and certificates of insurance for our legal department.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Manage insurable claims and assist with related litigation mattersOversee insurance billing and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and effective resolution of claimsAssist with the issuance and tracking of certificates of insurance as neededQualificationsExperience in Commercial Claims AdministrationStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-taskAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferredExperience in the construction or engineering industry is a plusAdditional InformationSalary Range: $70-100KActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by lawBenefits:401(k) + matchingHealth, Dental, Vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off (PTO)Holiday PayKeller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
