nYou'll operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, balancing independent ownership with strong collaboration across teams. This role is ideal for people with experience in technology and/or fintech environments, particularly within regulated or compliance-driven contexts, who also bring a genuine interest in where AI can realistically improve how compliance work gets done.
nWhat You'll Do

n Lead the design and implementation of improved frameworks, systems, and processes, including defining data requirements and analyzing performance trends across operational, logical, and system workflows
n
n AI Opportunity Identification
nn Evaluate compliance and operational processes to identify practical AI and automation use cases, from workflow automation to agentic AI
n Build the business case for where these use cases will actually reduce risk or improve efficiency
n
n Client Delivery & Execution
nnLead client engagements, both onsite and remotely, delivering high-quality workstreams and producing complex, client-ready deliverables
n
n Project & Workstream Management
nnManage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
n
n Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
nnBuild strong client relationships and confidently present insights, recommendations, and AI-enabled process improvements to stakeholders, including senior leadership
n

nnDrive thought leadership by shaping internal initiatives, sharing knowledge, and building firm capabilities around AI in risk and compliance
n
n Business Development Support
nnShape proposal development, identify new opportunities, and drive broader business development efforts
n
n Meeting Facilitation
nnLead effective meetings with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clear next steps

n Practical experience with AI adoption, workflow automation, or identifying AI use cases within a business or compliance context, not just familiarity with the concept
n Strong understanding of industry challenges within technology, fintech, or regulated environments
n Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
n Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
n Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
