Lead regional oversight of external manager risk controls, partnering with Execution teams and external trading groups to establish effective controls frameworks and address regional requirements.

Serve as the regional subject-matter expert for external trading controls, including onboarding, pre-trade and post-trade risk management.

Partner with external trading group control functions to establish trading limits, monitor adherence and manage exceptions.

Coordinate controls reviews, limit assessments and implementation requirements for onboarding external Portfolio Managers and third-party trading tools.

Promote clear, consistent application of the pre-trade and post-trade risk controls framework across regional external trading groups.

Develop and maintain controls dashboards that monitor performance, identify emerging risks and highlight remediation needs.

Review significant trading events, assess control implications and track delivery of agreed remediation plans.

Contribute to the continued enhancement of firm-wide standards, policies, procedures and governance for external trading activities.

What You Bring

Strong project-management skills, with the ability to balance immediate remediation priorities with medium-term control enhancements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions.

Sound judgment and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and maintaining delivery focus.

Knowledge of third-party execution platforms and trading tools is preferred.

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, VBA, Jira and/or Python is desirable.
