The position coordinates all aspects of the discovery process, including interrogatories, document production, record review, witness preparation, and depositions, and may represent the organization during administrative proceedings, hearings, mediations, or trials, as appropriate.

Strong knowledge of patient safety principles, event investigation methodologies, root cause analysis, and applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
