Job description
Yoshinoya America, Inc. in Torrance, CA, seeks a Safety & Compliance Manager to analyze workers’ compensation trends, develop a 24-month safety plan with HR leadership, manage claims, and coordinate care with medical professionals, adjusters, and attorneys.
You will drive Return to Work programs, oversee ADA compliance, conduct site safety audits, train managers and crew, and ensure regulatory adherence across stores. Collaboration with brokers and leadership is essential.
