RiveterPlacement of parts on rivet fixtures for machine to rivet. Remove parts and place in finished goods container. Make QC checks as documented by quality.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesMust be hand/eye coordinatedMust be able to comprehend and follow instructionsMust be able to load and unload rivet fixtureMust be able or take appropriate training to check parts on gage fixturing according to Quality Inspection ReportsMust be able to do visual inspections of parts as they come off the weld machine and pack into finish goods containerMust work well in a fast paced and team environmentRequired ExperienceComplete orientation instructionsOn the job per for assigned assetsRequired Safety EquipmentHY Flex gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoesEducational Skills RequiredHigh school diploma or GED preferredTraining RequiredOn the jobAny specific training identified by managementSpecific to rivet assigned rivet assetPhysical Job Requirements – ALL JobsMust be able to sit, reach above shoulders, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlMust be able to lift 40 lbs on a consistent basisMust be able to work overtime as needed, 10 hour or 12-hour shiftsMust be able to stand 10-12 hours daily.
