Riveting Operator 3rd Shift With Shift DiffLocation: PainesvilleJob SummaryThe Riveting Operator is responsible for assembling metal and parts using riveting equipment and hand tools in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow technical specifications, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.Responsibilities:Operate a mechanical riveting and Etching machine, while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.Read, follow and comply with work instructions.Ability to use basic shop math and understand tolerances such as +/-.005.Ability to use measuring devices to check and verify proper parts are being made to correct specifications.Apply basic use of computer skills.Work closely with supervisors/employees to assemble multiple layered parts in a timely manner.Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities listed above.Perform other duties as required.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
