Job description
NCH Healthcare System Inc seeks a Registered Nurse for the 3W Medical‑Surgical unit at the North Naples campus. The RN independently plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care, providing direct patient care and leadership with minimal supervision, on a 12‑hour day schedule.
The department handles cardiac, telemetry and post‑angio cases across a 19‑bed unit, offering growth through residency pathways and ongoing professional development.
