What You'll Do
Assess and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments
Provide wound care and IV therapy
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Develop and update care plans
Maintain accurate documentation
Support residents, patients, and families with compassionate care

Qualifications
Current RN License
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Valid Driver's License
Experience preferred but not required
