Job description
Role: RN Acute Care - Neuro, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based practice and professional standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity
collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
document care accurately
participate in performance improvement and research initiatives
serve as a mentor and advocate for patients and staff
support resource optimization and protocol development
ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
valid RN license (single or multi-state)
BLS certification
experience in direct patient care preferred
Skills:
Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
proficient with technology
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies
committed to professional development and evidence-based practice
