Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care – Ortho Surgical to join a collaborative interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practice and shared governance.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
Delivering relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient demographics.
Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and patient education.
Coordinating care, documentation, and promoting safety and quality outcomes.
Supporting performance improvement initiatives, research, and adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
Mentoring junior staff and participating in professional development activities.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with preferred direct patient care background.
Licensure as an RN with multi-state or single-state certification, and BLS certification.
Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and utilize healthcare technology effectively.
