Job description
UCHealth seeks an RN for our Acute Care Renal Medicine unit. In this role, you’ll deliver complex, evidence-based care to patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions, including pre- and post-dialysis management. You’ll collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams, perform thorough assessments, administer medications, and closely monitor labs and fluid balance. RNs at UCHealth educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to research- and quality-driven initiatives in a patient-first, learning-focused environment.
