About This Role
The RN - Acute Inpatient Rehab role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position is ideal for nurses who are skilled in patient care coordination and education.

What You'll Do
Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate patient care.
Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessments and physician orders.
Complete patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing teaching to patients and families across the continuum of care.
Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues; may serve as a preceptor.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Education:
Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
Licenses & Certifications:
CPR – American Heart Association
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
