Job description
HealthONE is seeking an RN for our Acute Inpatient Rehab unit in Denver. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based nursing care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, wound care, and coordination with an interdisciplinary rehab team. You’ll educate patients and families, promote safety and mobility, and document care in the EHR.
