About This Role
The Registered Nurse in Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation provides comprehensive nursing care for patients recovering from various conditions. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are committed to patient-centered care.

Schedule: Full-time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Assess human responses and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals or families.
Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
Contribute to building the team by helping others succeed through role modeling and mentoring.
Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care or health services.
Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in department-specific quality initiatives.
Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement patient care plans.
Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
Assess patient condition changes and notify appropriate personnel.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous lifelong learning and professional development.
Requirements
Education:
Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
Experience:
Preferred certification in area of specialty.
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in Pennsylvania.
CPR certification required.
Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances.
