UnityPoint Health – Des Moines is hiring for a Maternity Internal Resource Team RN to support maternity units across Iowa Methodist Medical Center and Methodist West Hospital. The role offers full-time or part-time night shifts, with a fourth-weekend and holiday rotation, plus access to a $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.
