Job description
Cedars of Lebanon is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for the Behavioral Unit. In this leadership role, you will guide the nursing staff, support planning, organization, implementation, evaluation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will coordinate the RAI process, supervise assessments, facilitate care plan conferences, and lead monthly Quality Management meetings to enhance resident care.
