Job description
Rydal Park in Jenkintown, PA, a HumanGood community, is hiring a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our Skilled Nursing Team. The ADON supports the Director of Nursing in planning, directing, evaluating nursing services, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Schedule: Flexible Monday - Friday; rotating on-call weekends.
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year. Requires RN license; BS degree preferred; minimum 1 year of management experience; CPR certification.
