Job description
Dubois Continuum of Care Community is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and Infection Control to lead the nursing team and manage the infection control program. This role blends clinical leadership with administrative duties to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of RN experience, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and familiarity with long-term care.
