Job description
Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Glen Cove, NY is seeking an experienced RN to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and Infection Preventionist (IP). This full-time role supports resident care, infection prevention, staff education, and regulatory compliance.
The ADON/IP will lead nursing operations, drive quality improvement, oversee infection prevention, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
