Job description
Nu Roc Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The role involves supporting quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and staff development in a skilled nursing setting.
As part of the leadership team, you will work alongside the Director of Nursing to mentor staff, ensure resident-centered care, and contribute to survey readiness and infection prevention efforts.
