Job description
Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Bayville, NJ seeks an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (RN ADON) to join its leadership team. This full-time role supports clinical operations, nursing staff, regulatory compliance, and quality resident care.
Pay is $46/hour with 40 hours per week, rotating weekends, and on-call for surveys and emergencies. NJ RN licensure and LTAC/LTC experience strongly preferred; strong communication and leadership needed.
