Job description
Villa Healthcare's Villa at Willow Place in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing RN to join our team. The ADON will supervise nursing staff, partner with the DON, ensure regulatory compliance, and help plan staffing, budgets, and quality resident care.
Ideal candidate has an RN license, a BSN or ASN, CPR, leadership experience, and strong communication and financial skills. Travel up to 10% may be required; a commitment to quality care and staff development is essential.
